We examine ultra-processed food, endocrine disruptors, nutrient depletion, thyroid dysfunction, stress, and the quiet erosion of “normal.” Through candid conversations with leading physicians, scientists, and wellness experts, this film shows how hormones, cycles, and biomarkers such as blood sugar and nutrient status can be tools for clarity rather than confusion.
