Trapped in a mysterious white room with nothing but a bed and a shelf of books, a man settles into a monotonous, isolated existence. His routine is shattered when an identical room appears beyond a glass wall, occupied by a second man whose world contains only a single book. Unable to speak, the two form a silent connection and begin trading their books through the glass, page by page. However, as the second man approaches the final page of his only possession, trust gives way to fear. Paralyzed by the realization that he is about to lose his only leverage—and paranoid that the other will stop sharing once his value is gone—he triggers a desperate standoff. The Last Page is a dialogue-free psychological allegory about collaboration, mistrust, and the delicate, strategic game of human connection.
