The Very Famous JP Henry is an uplifting portrait of a gifted artist who is redefining what it means to see the world differently. Born and raised on Maryland’s Eastern Shore, JP Henry—an Autistic photographer armed with nothing more than a cellphone—captures moments of breathtaking beauty in the ordinary. His lens reveals landscapes, faces, and fragments of daily life with an honesty and depth that transcend technical boundaries.
Through intimate storytelling and stunning imagery, the film follows JP’s journey from a quiet observer to a celebrated creator whose work challenges stereotypes and expands the conversation around neurodiversity, artistry, and human perception. The Very Famous JP Henry is not just a film about photography—it’s a testament to the power of vision, authenticity, and the limitless potential of creative expression.

Submitter Statement
From the moment I met JP, I was struck by his ability to notice things most of us overlook—the way light dances on water, the color of a shadow, the simple beauty in an ordinary day. Through this film, I wanted audiences to see the world as JP does: with curiosity, generosity, and pure joy. JP’s story isn’t about fame—it’s about connection. His art unites a community, proving that creativity and kindness can ripple far beyond the frame.
WareTech Studio is a music and visual arts production house founded by husband-and-wife team Jon and Sarah Ware.
Jon’s lifelong fascination with avant-garde musical techniques, combined with years of studying and performing across diverse genres, has shaped a distinctive musical voice. His compositions seamlessly blend contemporary and traditional melodies with the depth and structure of classical orchestration.
His debut album, Kit, features non-programmatic works that have since found a home in television productions around the world. His follow-up release, Follow the Rhythm, expanded his sonic palette—merging ethnic instruments and electronic textures to create a rich fusion of progressive, instrumental soundscapes.
A seasoned musician, composer, and producer, Jon has mastered keyboards, drums, and percussion. His evolution from handwritten scores and analog consoles to a fully digital production environment reflects his adaptability and forward-thinking artistry.
At WareTech Studio, we’re always in pursuit of the unexpected. We are visual storytellers—seeking people, images, and themes that resonate deeply, spark emotion, and leave a lasting impression.
