THE KRISHNA IN YOU

Billions across the world worship and follow Krishna! A being so enigmatic that he transcends religion, time, and geography. For some, he is God incarnate. For others, a philosopher, lover, warrior, or cosmic enigma. Generations have been mesmerised by him. But who is Krishna? Is he a philosophy to live by or an eternal inspiration to be felt? Between myth and memory lies a fascinating in-between, a realm of stories that have shaped India’s spiritual heart and continue to guide seekers across continents. This documentary follows three travellers, a seeker, a sceptic, and a scholar as they journey through Krishna’s homeland, Vrindavan, to uncover the known and unknown facets of his life. Through their eyes, we explore devotion and doubt, faith and reason, history and myth, weaving together voices of saints, historians, and ordinary villagers whose lives still echo his presence. In the end, the film doesn’t claim to find Krishna and invites the viewer to feel him. Somewhere between a question and a dance.
