What happened after an Earth astronaut left a family photo on the moon fifty-plus years ago? This animated short explores the butterfly effect of such an action. How will it affect us all?

Submitter Statement
The concept of this story was inspired by a NASA video I watched of astronaut Charles Duke and the family photo he left on the moon in April 1972. I was intrigued when he noted on the back that he was from Earth. I wondered if he expected anyone not from Earth to read it, and what would happen if they did. That thought progressed into this story, and a one-year animated film project.
The production of this animated short film was made possible by the outstanding contributions of an international team, with members based in Argentina, Colombia, Mexico, Venezuela, and the USA.
