Maura is 18, chronically ill, and controlled by her overprotective mother.
During a trip to a remote cabin, her loneliness grows and her buried emotions surface. She misses her friends, craves love, and resents her life.
A mysterious portrait, inherited trauma, and a strange force awaken something in her. As reality blurs into nightmare, Maura must make a choice: break free — or be consumed.
