James Newman is an English novelist, journalist, broadcaster, filmmaker, pod-caster, historian and story-teller based in Bangkok, Thailand. Newman has written and produced for the page, stage, online, and onscreen. Creating entertaining media for as long as he can remember, midwifing various projects from cradle to production, James Newman is one of Bangkok's most active creatives. Lately he works mainly on narrative short films. Bangkok – City of Angels is Newman’s first feature length documentary project.
